Hi,
After speaking with other members of AFUP (French UG) about this RFC, we
all agree that having two 'default' cases in a switch construct doesn't
make much sense -- and should cause a syntax error for PHP 7.
An E_DEPRECATED warning for PHP 5.7 is also nice for end-users, as it
will help anticipating the migration to PHP 7.
So, basically, +1
