Of course it's standa...@lists.php.net.
standa...@lists.php.net was the original home of what eventually morphed
into the PHP-FIG. I think repurposing it for a PHP standard-spec
discussion group, especially if it's a collaboration of different PHP
engine implementers, would be a nice homage.
