That’s actually an important question. I always tend to say “Zend PHP” here, 
but I’m a little bit uneasy about having Zend in the name. Perhaps “the PHP.net 
implementation”? “PHP Group implementation”? “PHP reference implementation”?

We could take a leaf from Python’s book and call it CPHP :)
