[Robert Stoll] I really don't see what you have against copy cat <some language> if this language has actually solved a problem nicely (hence PHP could benefit from the idea). And in my case I did not copy cat <some language> for <some random feature> but suggested something which would actually solve the problem at hand. And don't you think that should be the point of this discussion and not throwing in such questions which are merely deconstructive? (aren't you the guy who wrote those emails about giving good feedback via email... I found them interesting).
