Sometimes you run into weird things. Today I learned that upgrading to ICU51 works perfectly under x64, but x86 stumbles over it and fails to compile php_intl.dll. No wonder the official builds still stick to 50.1.2. BTW: http://windows.php.net/ does not even mention 5.5! It stops at PHP 5.4.0 and PHP 5.3.6.
