The 1999 version of bison.exe is still alive and kicking in http://windows.php.net/downloads/php-sdk/php-sdk-binary-tools-20110512.zip ... No chance that any normal Windows user will run it, because the path to bison.simple is hardcoded as c:/usr/local/lib/bison.simple. but still it is worth removing.
