Hi! I've noticed some strange things happening with pull requests links in bugs.php.net. For example, this one:
https://bugs.php.net/bug.php?id=64549 Has link to completely unrelated php-gtk pull. I don't even see why would they link - there's nothing in common between the two. How it happened?
