Before we try to create a storm in a teapot, it would be also very
nice to actually look at the votes, who voted and check which of them
are from @php.net. 99.9% are. And I myself wondered who is one or
another voter. I even saw some legacy core contributors with no commit
for 5 years+, not even bugs management activities. They worry me
dramatically more than PHP project leaders, who actively contribute to
PHP by reporting bugs, test cases, etc. and are much more in line with
our users needs.
