This is completely the wrong question to ask (IMHO). I think the answer is wrong too, but that's a different story. The correct question is: "Does it bring substantial value to be considered for inclusion in one of the world's most popular programming languages?" For me, the answer is a clear and resounding no. >From my POV that's where the story ends. The whole discussion about greps and IDEs misses the point - we shouldn't even be discussing a 'feature' that brings no value to the table. The only reason I wrote my reply is that we seem to be having an influx of those RFCs that fail this very basic requirement.
