Right, but if only one team volunteers, there is no need of voting,
except if there were objections to one of the members, but there is
none :)

yes, well, pretty much the same than any other RFCs, a list of RMs
pair instead of the usual RFC options (yes, no, or other).

Durations and co are fixed by the voting RFC already.

Idea is to have one experimented RM with a new one. In this case,
David and Julien. Once 5.5 is in the cruising mode, only Julien will
remain (like only Stas will remain pretty soon as well).

Feel free to create a page in the wiki for that.
