Hi, Rasmus, Just wanted to note that I've tested your script from http://fontjazz.com/metrics/test.php and couldn't reproduce the bug. I'm on the Ubuntu 12.04 with PHP 5.3.10-1ubuntu3.2 with Suhosin-Patch
Have you tried upgrading your FreeType library and recompiling latest stable PHP with it? Good luck. P.S.
