You run production with display_errors enabled? Please don't do that. You have logs for that. Doesn't matter if it's intranet or not, this is not the right thing to do.

Besides that, nobody forces anybody to configure error level as E_ALL. All means, well, all... If you don't want all, set the error level to something else.
