I'm sure most (all?) of these changes are in 5.4:diff -uw branches/PHP_5_4/UPGRADING trunk/UPGRADING | grep ^+
The second grep is very misleading. Check the actual UPGRADING file - all that stuff is there. Or at least most of it that I could check quickly.
