Hi Rasmus, I am one of the developer for IBM_DB2, PDO_IBM and PDO_INFORMIX extensions. Rahul is working with me on these extension. To contribute to these extensions on the community he needs SVN access to his account.

We can't grant new accounts on these extensions without the approval of one of the existing members. They have some sort of internal process they need to go through to be allowed to commit to this code.
