You mean hosting our own, or using some third party service? Usually I prefer http://www.mail-archive.com/internals@lists.php.net/ Unfortunately not all of our lists are mirrored there.
Well, yes, I know there are various places where PHP lists are archived. My point is if we have official archive on news.php.net why not make it usable? :) Or officially declare some third-party archive as official if we can't.
