Personally I think its a good idea to switch RM after every release. Plus I am 
pretty certain that there are other people (like you Chris) in the php.net 
community that could take on the role I had for 5.3 (aka less technical more 
organizational).

Aside from this while there is no need to ever rush anything, I would think 
that it would help a lot to get the RM's sorted out quickly, so I would really 
ask all people to quickly chime in with their preference, nominations or 
whatever else might matter to get this decision finalized.
