Hi, I do not claim to be able to add anything to the discussion content-wise, but organizational-wise (just invented this word for no good reason), it seems that while the brainstorming is useful, I urge people to start structuring their ideas and proposals so that they can reference it later and so that the ideas do not get lost in the archives. Again the wiki is the perfect place for this. Also this will help others to collaborate in moving the idea to a full fledged proposal .. ideally with some numbers to backup any performance claims.
