The first release candidate of 5.2.13 was just released for testing and can be downloaded here:
http://downloads.php.net/ilia/php-5.2.13RC1.tar.bz2 (md5sum: 2f71ea681641935950f3531804af2449) The windows binaries are available at: http://windows.php.net/qa/ This is a purely a bug-fix release, which is only a month old, so I am hoping for a really quick release cycle. The next RC will be out two weeks from now and if all is well, it'll be the final RC. To make this possible, please test this RC against your code base and report any problems that you encounter.
