OK that's good although it may make sense to push that up to beta.
In the past we have looked at Release Candidates as ("We think it's
ready to release and if no one finds critical bugs we could just rename
the package"). I doubt this is where you think we're at now and it's
more about making sure we get broader testing. It's a bit of a chicken
and egg so I understand the benefits of calling it RC. I guess what I
was suggesting was that we at least have folks do a quick sanity with
applications so we feel good about going into the RC.
