That was amazingly pedantic, even for you Jani. Captain Kirk blasted
away the split infinitive rule when he decided "to boldly go" where no
man had gone before. The rule was actually outdated years before Star
Trek. You can read all about it at

As far as I am concerned, Marcus' split infinitive version of that
sentence sounds less awkward.
"- Always enable PCRE, Reflection and SPL extensions (Marcus)"
or
"- Prevent disabling of PCRE, Reflection and SPL extensions (Marcus)"
Use the active voice, Luke ;)
