We are very reluctant to continue to release binaries where we have zero ideas how we can update the dependencies without breaking anything in the extension or in the end user applications. I would have no problem to keep it and even to help to maintain it if (and only if) I have someone knowing firebird and its php drivers well enough to tell me if what I did works or not.
