Edin, our previous Win32 build master appears to be indisposed at the
moment hence lack of win32 binaries. If someone else wants to produce
them great, if not, we'll go on without them.

Very good point. As I do test 5.2.x on windows while developing, we
really need official RC before we can go stable. As far as I remember,
Elisabeth was working on our build box. What's the current status (no
hurry, only wondering)?
I can try to build a set using my windows boxes and updates some
libraries while being at it (thinking of libpng first, or openssl).
