Yes, and we have almost everything required to finalize the RFC. It
will obviously needs a transition period for all packages to get used
to these new versioning rules.

About the build themselves (and only the builds, versionning problem
is solved, almost), I really need to know what you are going to do. I
know that you will provide DLLs but I don't really know how, where and
from which sources. Am I right that all you want to do now is to
provide DLLs for PECL releases for each released PHP version? Or do
you want to do more than that right now?
