But 1. is yet another step in the wrong direction. In case you were speaking of [EMAIL PROTECTED], then I have to agree as that one should not be used to decide about anything in PHP. There is an official list [EMAIL PROTECTED] out there that should serve for decisions on PHP's internationalization.
