I believe the almost 5 decades of OOP languages using some sort of classes grouping and organization, added together to the possibility of defining encapsulation at this level, is proof enough that this feature, as we now call it "namespaces" is good enough for the job. And if not, at least it'll be sugar coating for those who have sweet tooth.
