I am not sure, that is a good idea. Probably, it would be better to allow registering different autoload functions per-namespace basis?
Why per-namespace - maybe some applications want it not per-namespace but per something else? The idea is very simple - you want autoloader declare that only it can load specific class and give reason why it failed if it can't. So that's the way how you can do it.
