It looks like there is a misunderstanding. My answers had no bad meanings. It was only about telling you how we use to work. Most of us work on this project (*.php.net) in our free time and we have to use a common tools to __track__ issues, patches, changes or releases. One of these tools is an issue tracker. I can safely say that it is a common practice in every project to use an issue tracker, I completely fail to see where is the problem and why you suddenly end to this conclusion. Not that it really interests me (politics suck and I have no interest in FUD :), but I'm sad to see your efforts ending in such way.
