Hello! I've been watching this list for a little while, and I am hoping that
someone here can point me in the right direction. We, where I work, are
running PHP 5.2.3 on 10 Windows Server 2003 sp2 and IIS 6 servers. Also,
each IIS server is configured to use the IUSR_SERVERNMAE user for anonymous
authentication.

Recently we have upgraded our site (mostly code cleanup and templating
changes) and now we are more than consistently getting the error "Input File
Not Specified" for unknown reasons. There is no consistent trigger for this
error, and it seems to be random by nature. I have tried to reproduce this
directly on each web server with an average hit or miss rate of
reproduction.

I have been scouring Google for answers, help, and even tips on what we can
do, and so far I have come up empty. Our IIS is running in ISAPI mode, and
each server is configured with an empty doc_root directive. I have tried
running the Process/File Monitors from Microsoft's sysinternals website,
with no discernible luck. Being that all 10 of these servers are production
servers with loads of hits per second, I admit that I may have overlooked
important clues. Honestly, I am not entirely sure what I am supposed to be
looking for to tell me what is wrong.

Thus, my dilemma; if anybody on this list would help point me in the right
direction for debugging this problem, I would greatly appreciate any help
that can be offered. If more information is needed, I would be more than
happy to supply it as much as I am able. I would also like to thank you for
taking the time to read -- and hopefully reply -- to this post.
