something, and then get uppity when everyone is waiting on you to get
it done after no visible progress.

There is indeed a distinction. But I suggest you stop to spread wrong
informations and give excuses to an *unacceptable* behavior. Again, I
gave the hand months ago and I still have no idea why it was sent back
to me ~2 months ago.

I wonder why you even joined it. It is getting pathetic to see such
things in this list.It is ridiculous and a shame for PHP.
