Can we not move SAPIs to PECL?
I've been talking about it for several years now.
I was told that there are no facilities like 'pecl install' that would work for
SAPIs, therefore moving them to PECL would effectively mean dropping them at all.
But does anybody really care of some unused and unsupported SAPIs?
