Hannes also has some ideas on improving our bug tracker as a GSoC project.

Right.
Allowing attachments (.diff, blocking .php as reproduce cases
shouldn't be more than 20lines anyway), tracking CVS commits,
status/category/assignment history...

And a little look&feel update wouldn't hurt either...
