I managed to delete all the emails in this thread, so apologies for screwing up the threading thing...
Seems like SourceForge might be a good place to host this, under a suitable project name, with some basic understandings of "fair play" E.g.: Add new directory names that make sense, or perhaps each developer would have their own sub-dir and then organize that how they see fit or... Lots of ways to skin this cat, actually. "New" content could go through a submission process where one would not be granted Developer access until one submits something at least nominally useful. SourceForge with a suitable project name should provide enough "distance" from php.net/zend.com to not be mistaken for Official Content. I'm not sure SourceForge has the granularity this project would really need in the super long run, but it ought to be enough to get it off the ground and going for a few years, and, really, in Internet time, that's about as much as one can ask. While I don't think I'd have the time to run the whole shebang, I'd be willing to at least put in a little time on the rather low-skill task of playing "mommy" as one of several administrators on this, if others will also pitch in. -- Some people have a "gift" link here. Know what I want? I want you to buy a CD from some starving artist. http://cdbaby.com/browse/from/lynch Yeah, I get a buck.
