The onus is you to convince people that moving a non-stable version of pecl/zip into core is advantageous. So, yes, even if you posted your answers before you might need to repeat yourself. Also, I would suggest that you stop acting like a victim. It's not going to help things.

FWIW, I'm fine with moving it into core if EXPERIMENTAL is removed and it's renamed to ZipArchive.
