[PHP-DEV] Varargs parameter parsing for 5.2

You probably have seen my HEAD patches to parameter parsing API that 
implement varargs support. I was thinking this functionality could be 
useful for PHP 5 as well. I've tested it pretty thoroughly and there 
should be no breakage. Any thoughts on including it?
