Hello, So I let Ilia decides whether it should be in or not.
So far the relevant arguments are only about "moving ext to pecl and not the other way around", which is my opinion plain wrong (pdo, json, filter, etc..). The class name argument is none the less a sweet vengeance as its class name fits in our naming standards.
