Not sure, but I think that still has the same problem with not knowing the
real timezone/daylight saving of the client?
Actually, guessing it from the abbreviation with gmt offset is pretty
accurate. Of course, it's not 100% correct but atleast I couldn't find
any where it didn't work.
It's daylight saving that is the 'killer' :(
But until I switch from ADOdb Date to yours ......
