Delaying it to 5.3 is not an option. We already delayed it once.
No, it _is_ an option, it's just not one you like :) But seriously D, Pierre's right about two things here. One is disruption to users, the other is that there's only one sane name. If this discussion had been at the beginning of the 5_2 branch the whole issue would be sorted by now - it wasn't, and effectively what's being said here is that PHP will have to suffer for that.
