Hello, it was requested several times, that PHP allows FILE UPLOAD hooks.
Attached is the URL to a patch against PHP_5_2 that I am going to commit in 3-4 days. If you see any problems in it, then speak up. I tried to combine the best ideas from the existing patches and combined it with what I need.
