 As long as PHPUnit cannot run each test in a new PHP interpreter
 process this would make no sense. And even then, why would we want to
 replace run-tests.php with PHPUnit? Also note that PHPUnit's code
 coverage functionality can, of course, not generate code coverage
 information for the PHP interpreter itself, as that is written in C :-)
