Strike that, I was educated about this on IRC just now. My initial
point is still valid to some degree, IMHO: just because Stefan's work
does not go into cvs.php.net does not mean that he is not helping to
make PHP better (more secure in his case).
True, but it'd be far more useful to have Stefan's feedback at RC stage
rather than at post-release stage. We all know he's good at what he does.
