Hi, I'm trying to build PHP 5.1.2 in win32. I keep getting stuck on this. It says that it needs a file called namser.h. I have this file, but I'm not sure where to put the file. I've tried a couple of places, but should it be in a specific path or somewhere in the Environmental Path.
