It should be enough to commit all your code, wait for the next pecl4win
compile step, bundle the binary and release your package ..
However there might be a need for multiple binaries for multiple php
releases? In that case you have to make a new release when a new binary
breaking php release is made. The release should therefore set the
proper dependencies to only support php versions upto the next minor
version update.
