My guess:
80.0% "What's a namespace?"
17.0% "I don't care."
2.9% "Yes please, weren't they already promised for 5.0 "
0.1% "Oh no. And could you please remove classes and all
the other annoying OOP stuff."
Which leaves me with 99.9% of the userbase being fine with introducing
namespaces (if a standard php.ini setting ensures that all core stuff is
automatically imported if you don't disable it).
