The third release candidate of PHP 5.1.0 is now available for testing. You can download the source packages from here:

This release incorporates a large number of fixes all across board, ranging from Zend engine, to input processing and various extensions. Overall, it appears that we are in a pretty good shape and I anticipate a final RC candidate to be released no later then October 31st, 2005. This will then be followed by 5.1.0 stable within 1-2 weeks. During the next two weeks, I'd like to ask everyone to try out this RC and report any bugs that you encounter. Ilia P.S.
