Doesn't that only apply to code you write that must be compatible with PHP4?
In which case, is it still something you would have to explain to someone new
to the language using PHP 5?
That was my point exactly. It's PHP 4 specific, and therefore - it isn't
something you'd need to worry about in 5.x.
