Quick note: windows needs go-pear.phar, I will try to take care of this and also a little php script that will grab install-pear.phar if it isn't there, so that there is no need to wget install-pear.phar for the bundler, and the end-user can always grab the latest .phar. This way, there is no wget dependency, since Andi reports that it may not be available on all systems, and no hassle for the person installing. The script will not attempt to do proxying, people with complex internet connections will just have to download it themselves. Objections?
