Huh? Perl doesn't have true support for this anyway, just a simpler
syntax for hashrefs. If you want Perlish named params this is 100%
identical to doing
foo(array('id' => 42, 'name' => 'foo'));

Well, this idea I think comes from Python. Last time I checked they had these
and as far as I remember this have been brought 2 times. The first time before
5.0 and has been rescheduled for 6.0 :)
