can still be reproduced on php-5.0.4rc2. Is there any particular reason why the patch did not make it into the rc? (Except for my machine hosting the patches being erroneously powered down by the datacenter yesterday...) This particular bug has taken me quite some time to hunt down at work, so I thought it is for the wellness of humanity to get it fixed ;-).
