with the help of some PDO users I have begun assembling some additional information on my wiki:

I am still in the process of harvesting the various mailinglists for questions to add to the FAQ. The links section should be fairly complete and also provides some related links that people will find valueable.
Beyond that in the user notes section are several points that I personally dislike about the PDO API or that users have brought to my attention.
I am hoping to basically try to ensure that the wiki provides a somewhat useful snapshot of the discussions and decisions from the php mailinglists.
The wiki is read and editable by all. So its easy to contribute.
