We do. I don't think your presentation of how PHP is developed and
evolves is helping discuss this, imho, absolutely compliant and
sensible RFC (might not even needed to be an RFC, but that's off-topic
as well).

I'd rather not have this policy discussion again in 2026, but either
way, this is the wrong place.
